What is the difference between soft washing and pressure washing?
Pressure washing uses force to blast dirt off hard surfaces like concrete. Soft washing uses low pressure plus a cleaning solution that kills the algae, mold and mildew at the root. Roofs, siding, stucco and wood need soft washing. Using high pressure on them is how people end up with water behind the siding or granules stripped off the shingles.

Will roof cleaning void my shingle warranty?
No. We use the low pressure soft wash method that shingle manufacturers and the ARMA recommend for removing black streaks. What voids warranties is pressure washing a roof, which is exactly what we do not do.

Are your cleaning products safe for plants and pets?
Yes. We use environmentally responsible, biodegradable solutions, and we pre soak and rinse landscaping around the work area. Pets are best kept inside while we are actively cleaning, and everything is safe once the surface has dried.

How often should my house be washed?
Most homes in our humid climate look best on a yearly or every other year schedule. North facing walls and shaded roofs grow algae fastest, so those tend to set the pace. We will tell you at the quote what your property realistically needs.

Do I need to be home during the service?
Not usually. As long as we have access to the areas being cleaned and an outdoor water spigot, you can go about your day. We will walk the property with you at the end if you are around.
